Cancellation Policy 

Please be advised that non-attendance (no-shows) will result in the full pre-authorisation amount being charged. However, we understand that emergencies occur. If you need to cancel within the penalty period due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly at (07) 3162 4492 or enquiries@medleykp.com.au.

Please note

We do not take bookings for weekend breakfast service, however, we generally accommodate most guests within a reasonable timeframe.
