An Anniversary Celebration:
The Fabulous 5's Wine Dinner
Join us for one of our most anticipated events of the year, in collaboration with renowned Master Sommelier Jean-Jacques (JJ) Peyre of Paradox Wines.
Enjoy a five-course set menu with five matching wines from around the globe, guided by JJ himself. Expect standout pours including Champagne Palmer from Reims, a vibrant Central Otago Chardonnay, contemporary South African Chenin Blanc, classic Barossa Shiraz, and a surprising Italian Barbera.
The evening is set up on communal tables (unless otherwise requested) and it begins with terrace canapés and Champagne before moving into a seated degustation experience, with live music from Ricardo Bona setting the mood throughout.
